The process always start by sitting down with one of our highly trained agents to discuss your needs and goals.
From there our agents will start with conducting a thorough and comprehensive market analysis to determine the value of your home and the correct pricing strategy. From there they will illustrate in detail how we will market your home to sell for top dollar and as quickly as possible.
Our agents can work with you to offer tips and advice on how to best prepare your home for sale to potential buyers. They will be in constant communication with you offering feedback on listing activity, market trends and potential showings and offers. After discussing any incoming offers with you they will negotiate on your behalf with the potential buyers and or their agent.
Once the Property is Under Agreement
Upon an accepted offer your agent will help to arrange the home inspection, set up an appraisal and keep you updated on the financing process of the buyer. Your agent will follow through with the buyers loan commitement notification and arrange smoke and title V certifications (if necassary). Finally, your agent will help arrange the transfer of utilities, final water reading and prepare you for the closing with the attorney.
